Before you submit
Most visitors do not have a public Takashinga website account. This form can still be used to request deletion of personal details supplied through contact, subscription or merchandise forms. Authorised scorer and administrator accounts are managed by the club.
What will be reviewed
We will identify records linked to the email address you provide and may contact you to verify ownership. Eligible personal records will be deleted or anonymised, normally within 30 days of successful verification.
Records we may retain
Official match records, scorecard correction history, scorer audit trails, completed order records and information required for security, dispute handling or legal obligations may need to be retained. Where possible, unrelated personal details will be removed.
Deletion is permanent
Deleted information cannot normally be recovered. If you only need a correction, say so in the additional information field.
