1. Acceptance
By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms apply to public pages, merchandise requests and any protected club administration or scoring tools you are authorised to use.
2. Accounts and protected access
Scorer and administrator access is for authorised club personnel only. You must keep credentials secure, use the access only for club work and promptly report suspected unauthorised access. The club may suspend access to protect data, scoring integrity or website security.
3. Scores, statistics and corrections
We work to keep fixtures, live scores, scorecards, player statistics and standings accurate. Live or recently imported information may be provisional and can be corrected when official records are confirmed. Source and update information shown on match pages forms part of the record.
4. Acceptable use
You must not misuse forms, attempt to bypass access controls, disrupt the service, submit unlawful or harmful material, scrape the website in a way that degrades service, or impersonate another person. Automated or fraudulent submissions may be rejected.
5. Club content and attribution
Takashinga branding, original text, photography and website presentation remain the property of the club or their respective rights holders. Cricket data and media sourced from third parties are identified where appropriate. You may share links to public pages, but may not present club content as your own or use it commercially without permission.
6. Merchandise requests
Submitting a merchandise form records an order enquiry; it does not complete an online card payment or guarantee stock. The club will confirm availability, final price, collection or delivery arrangements and payment instructions directly with you before fulfilment.
7. Third-party services and links
The website may link to social networks, messaging services, source competitions and other third parties. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices, and Takashinga is not responsible for their availability or content.
8. Availability and responsibility
We may update, correct, suspend or remove website content and functions when reasonably necessary. To the extent permitted by law, the club is not responsible for losses caused by reliance on provisional sporting information, third-party services or temporary website unavailability.
9. Changes and contact
